The vineyards - A symbol of origin and identity
The Tenuta Baron Di Pauli consists of two estates in unique locations:
The ARZENHOF, located on the western shore of Lake Kaltern, spanning nine hectares at an altitude of approximately 350 meters above sea level. With its typical regional climate, morainic soil, and sunny exposure, it offers ideal conditions for various red wine varieties.
The HÖFL UNTERM STEIN (“Farmstead under the rock”), with about five hectares of vineyards, is located in Sella, a locality of Termeno. The strong, clayey, calcareous gravel soils on the southeast slope, at 400 meters above sea level, provide the perfect conditions for white wine varieties.
